Not Long now until the big day!!! Yikes! Exciting!
I’ve put this little form together to collect some info about the wedding and all the awesome suppliers that have been involved in your wedding day.
If you don’t have something or would rather not share some details that’s cool, just miss the box out. It’s nice to have some info about suppliers so that I can give them a shout out after the wedding day and help their businesses grow.
It’s also important for me to have a contact number for people that will be with both of you in the morning, this could be a bridesmaid, family member, groomsmen etc. If you can let these people know that they are the designated contact (after yourselves) so that they can keep their phones near them on the morning of the wedding.
