Couple Shots

Shooting couple shots its one of my favourite parts of the day where I get to whisk you away from your guest for a few minutes and find some nice light or a cool little back drop to so you can bust out your moves in front of the camera! Don’t worry if you are nervous or don’t like getting your photograph taken, the majority of my couples are exactly this and they are on my website now looking like the most comfortable people ever. You are in safe hands. We’ll have a laugh, get you both messing about together and we’ll have some lovely natural portraits in no time.

It’s great to have a chat before the wedding about portraits and what you would like out of them, if there’s a particular place you would like a photo taken just let me know and we can make sure the magic happens. If you really are nervous about this part of the day get yourselves booked in for a pre-wedding shoot, you’ll see just how easy and fun getting your photo taken can be.

I usually try and have 2 portrait sessions during the day (if we can) each about 10-15 minutes long (sometimes even shorter than that!) it’s nice to get something just after the ceremony and then later on in the day if we get some nice light to play with, although depending on the time of year, your coverage length and whatever the Weather Gods are throwing at us that day the second session can’t always be counted on, so it’s best to make sure we get a set of photos straight after the ceremony and then hopefully sneak another session later in the day.
